I went to the Blogosphere Christmas festival yesterday and I had a ball! It was so lovely to meet like-minded people and spend the day talking about all things blogging. The event was beautiful, the panels were insightful and it was just a great day from start to finish. Luckily I vlogged it so you can share in the amazingness too… Enjoy.

If you’re partial to a vlog and fancy checking out my others, you can have a watch here or catch up with all my videos here.

Did you go to the Blogosphere event? I’d love to know what you made of it, and what your fave blogger events are?

Sincerely, Sarah xx

Back in May, I wrote a blog post sharing my excitement for elf’s return to the UK. Since their arrival, my collection has trebled in size. I think I may actually have a problem. Fast forward a few months, add in a 50% off promotion, and here we are… it’s time for an elf haul.

If you’re an elf fan too, I’d highly recommend signing up to their newsletter. Unlike so many brands, they don’t spam you with messages and they run great discounts!

Let me know what you make of my elf haul purchases in the comments, and thanks again for watching.

Sincerely, Sarah xx

My last Halloween makeup tutorial for 2017 is this vampire look, and I love it. I think it may actually be my favourite Halloween look of all the ones I’ve created on my blog. For something effective but easy to wear, I think this is awesome – if I do say so myself!

If you want to recreate the look, I’ve listed the products you’ll need and the exact ones I used below the video. Enjoy…

Products you’ll need to recreate this look:

  • Foundation (in you normal shade)
  • Brow product
  • Eyeshadows – nude/transition shade, bright red, brick orange and matte black
  • Liquid eyeliner
  • False lashes & glue
  • Dark red lip liner
  • Red lipstick
  • Powder contour
  • Fake blood

Here’s the list of the exact products I used in the video:

  • The Body Shop Fresh Nude Foundation in Bora Bora – £15.00
  • Morphe 350M Palette – £23.50
  • Kat Von D Shade & Light Palette – £37.00
  • Soap & Glory Supercat Eyeliner – £9.99
  • Ardell Demi Whispies Lashes – £5.49
  • Benefit KaBrow – £17.00
  • MAC Lip Liner in Brick – £13.00
  • Kate for Rimmel Lipstick in Shade 5 – £5.50

I really hope you enjoyed this one, and if you’re yet to catch up on my other tutorials I have a skull look, a deer and Cruella de Vil! Hope that’s enough of a Halloween fix for this year. Roll on Halloween 2018.

Sincerely, Sarah xx
